The Difference Between Teams

The Difference

Between Teams

is in the

Details.

It really is that simple. The team that wins the game is the team that pays the best attention to the details of their process.  Great teams are good at the little things.  Poor teams tend to overlook the small details that betray their play. It might be considered that we are talking about discipline. In a manner of speaking, we are. This makes the identification of the details, what it is we will be disciplined about, one of the most important processes a team undertakes. Therefore, it is also fair to say the difference between coaches is in the details. It is essential to a teams success that the coach properly identifies the process and communicates it concisely and clearly to the team.
